HOSTED EVENTS @ BIG FINISH

Big Finish is a small, cozy space setup to host an event of multiple sizes and formats. Please follow the steps below to begin the process of hosting your special event at Big Finish.

  • STEP 1: Review below Event Formats and determine which would be best for your group.

  • STEP 2: Fill out the form, and submit. We will reach out to you shortly thereafter.

  • STEP 3: We will put everything together in a contract and submit for your signature.

  • STEP 4: Sign the contract and submit the event deposit. Your event is now confirmed.

EVENT OPTIONS

STANDING RECEPTION BUYOUT

  • 20 to 60 guests (expansion possible with limitations)

  • Tables and chairs removed dependent on size of group

  • Food is served buffet-style

SEATED DINNER BUYOUT

  • 18 to 32 guests (expansion possible with limitations)

  • First appetizer course can be passed during reception time

  • Dinner is served family-style

LARGE PARTY RESERVATION

  • 8 to 15 guests

  • Dinner is served family-style

  • Space is not private

  • Beverages are served based on current menu

STANDING ROOM RECEPTION

  • 8 to 16 guests

  • Space consists of standing room and 1 table of 4

  • Space is not private

  • All menu items can be ordered based on current menu
